GPXSonarStats is an easy to use application.  First download GPXSonarStats and extract the .EXE file to a directory on your harddisk such as C:\GPX.

Once you have downloaded the application you simply need to fill out the form.  The first screen of the wizzard allows you to fill out your KeenPeople.com account information as well as your location demographics. 

The second screen allows you to select one or more GPX files.  You may need to have more than one selected since Groundspeak currently limits it's pocket queries to 500 geocaches.  GPXSonarStats does automatic duplicate checking.

The Final step is to input any specifc stats that are not part of your GPX file.  This includes things like travel bugs and geocachers met.  Once you are done click "Finish" to have your stats uploaded to keenpeople.com.
